STEM: Ch 7, sc in hump of 2nd ch from hk. Sc in hump of each ch across - do not fasten off .

ASSEMBLY: Work 2 sc in one st of one of the leave, add on 2nd leaf the same way and continue working 2 sc in each stitch all the way around. Now back to the first leaf you added, work 2 sc in each rem st around. Add on the third leaf, 2 sc in each st around. Sl st at the base of the 2nd leaf, sl st in the stem. Fasten off leaving about a 4" yarn tail.

FINISHING: To complete the coaster thread the yarn needle with the yarn tail and tack the left and right leaves to the sides of the stem. This stablizes the shamrock.
