I was born in Canoga park California.  I lived in the San Fernando valley, Bakersfield, Palmdale and Lancaster for 20 years until I moved to Hollywood at age twenty and I lived there for 10 years.  I live in Bakersfield California now and I've been here since the year 2000 with my boyfriend Chip.  We have been together since 1994.  This is my first long term relationship.

I enjoy playing video games such as EverQuest and The Sims.  I enjoy watching my television shows Heroes, Gilmore Girls, Smallville and Supernatural. 

I also enjoy doing crafts such as crocheting and plastic canvas.  I started crocheting at the age of seventeen because I was extremely bored and I wanted to make something out of nothing because I thought it was really interesting.  I've mostly made coasters, stockings for Christmas, blankets and cat couches.  I did make a sweater during the Rodney King riots.  I learned how to do plastic canvas when I was 9 in the cub scouts and have loved crafts ever since.  Check out my crafts page to find out what my latest projects are.  I don't really care for knitting.  I have tried it and it takes so long and I just can't really get the hang of it.  I would love it I could though because it looks way better than crocheted projects.  I did buy the knitting rings which is kinda cheating but I can whip up a scarf in a day.

I am a Science Fiction fan.  I love Star Trek and Star Wars and other space related tv shows and or movies.  I also am a huge fan of fantasy.  I love the Harry Potter series of books and movies.  I never really liked to read before and I'm not much of a writer as you might be able to tell but I do love a good book.  I'm trying very hard to read this series of books by David Eddings.  The first series of books is called The Belgariad and it has 5 books.  It really looks cool and I can't wait to finish reading them.
