I guess I forgot to start blogging here again. I started Spark People up again a couple of weeks ago and since I've been back on the diet I've lost about 9lbs. I'm looking forward to losing weight. Boy you have no idea how much I am looking forward to it. I've already lost an inch off my waist and my neck too.

I have some good news and bad news. The bad news is that when we went to San Diego for Thanksgiving my diet ended. The good news is that I want to start it up again. More bad news. We are going back to San Diego for Christmas which means my diet will stop again until most likely January 1st 2008. Which is a shame I have to wait that long. The whole point of doing this diet was so I could get down to 199 for my christmas present. Maybe next christmas I guess.

I have sort of fallen off the SparkWagon, sort of. I still eat what they tell me to eat, sort of. But I keep forgetting to add what I ate to their website and check things off because it takes so freakin long. I don't know why it can't be faster. Anyway, I am still trying my best to eat the food groups and portions they tell me to eat but also eating something I'm not supposed to here and there. Also, the cappuccino's are so good but I have a feeling they aren't allowed because of all the milk. After Thanksgiving is over I'm going to buckle down and get back to it.

I have decided to create this so I can blog here. The last time I weighed in was November 9th 2007 and I was 213.2. I figure I should keep all my blogs from here in case I need to refer to them again so the previous one I am keeping instead of deleting. Anyway, next weigh in is November 16th 2007. Every friday is weigh in day.


I started this program with SparkPeople on October 1st 2007.  Their website is great, they tell me what to eat with the food pyramid and I follow that and I'm losing weight.  The best thing about them is their website and program are free.

I weighed in on October 26th at 214.2 and it's on the sparkpeople website but I haven't updated it here yet.  And I wont be updating it here because I gained 1lb so I am back to 215.4 or something.  I didn't weigh in on November 2nd because I didn't want the number to go up, I was ashamed of myself.  Things aren't so good in my world right now, I don't have any motivation to exercise on my gym machine and I can't leave the house to ride my bike.  It will get better soon I hope then I can lose weight again. 

I am still eating (or at least doing my best) the things that I should like I eat all the food pyramid groups all day but sometimes the temptation slaps me hard in the face and I end up eating a piece of pie or a cookie that I shouldn't eat.  It will get better and I can get back on track.
