Here are the sites that I've built for his and his sons business.  If you are in any of those cities you should check out these motels.  Chips brother and his son buy motels that are in bad condition and they clean them up and put in all new furniture, new paint as well as getting rid of all the bad people who live in them.  They are doing a very good job if you ask me.
